Just a note to say how appreciative Raewyn and I are for your advice and having Hospital Cover insurance. We are extremely impressed with the way the claim for my heart surgery was handled.

When taking out a policy such as this, one can never be absolutely sure as to the quality of the product until a claim has to be made. At this time it is a little late to find out that there is some 'fine print' that will preclude your claim. This I especially so when things do not go according to plan and additional surgery is required involving significant cost overruns. The policy is everything you represented it to be with no hidden surprises at the time of making a claim.
